Commercial License for Digital Products

To be able to use my brushes/digital assets for commercial purposes (i.e. to sell your artwork using my brushes on products or items for sale), you must purchase a commercial license. 

After purchasing the license, you will receive an email with a digital commercial license that will cover you for one digital asset from Vegalia's store (i.e. you'd need separate licenses if you purchased the braid and the curl pack). However, if you purchase the extended license, this license covers any digital asset I currently sell in my store and possibly in the near future. 

This license doesn't permit redistribution of my digital assets. These are protected under copyright law and can't be resold.  You cannot resell my brushes, or digital assets. You can only make creative work WITH the brushes to be sold commercially.

Without this license you are NOT permitted to use my digital assets for commercial use. 

Define Commercial Usage: is any reproduction or purpose that is marketed, promoted, or sold and incorporates a financial transaction.

You can purchase a commercial license at any time. If you aren't currently selling your work, you can wait purchase the commercial license when you are ready to sell you work! For example, if you have a webtoon but it's currently not being sold, you can wait to purchase this license once it starts making money.

The Commercial License gives the following permissions: 

• The right to use my digital assets to draw/decorate physical and digital product for sale.

• Use for books, stickers, comics, webtoons, web designs, blogs, prints, cards, fabric, perch, gift wrapping, home, apparel etc. 

• Note: If you use these for a video game or large corporation please message me at info@byvegalia.com for a separate license as this doesn't cover that.
  

You are NOT allowed to do the following under this license: ⠀

• Redistribute my digital assets as it's original or modified version as your own digital asset

• Sell my digital assets anywhere

• These are not intended for NF/T projects
  

The purchase of this commercial license confirms the right for you to use my digital asset for commercial use.  

Purchasing the license doesn't give you copyright over my intellectual property. Copyright of the products is under By Vegalia LLC and violation of the terms will be considered copyright infringement.
